Take the brief, source the property, brief the supplier, settle the guest. The job at the centre of everything. Shift pattern includes some evenings and weekends on the duty rota. Fluent English; Polish, Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
→ Guest supportThe voice of the 24/7 duty desk: welcome calls, follow-ups, maintenance requests and the 3am lock-out. Calm, organised, kind on the phone. Rotating shifts covering UK hours around the clock.
→ CommercialInsurers, loss adjusters, housing providers, contractors, mobility teams and productions. Long sales cycles, large accounts, real travel for client acquisition across the UK and Ireland. Must be UK-based with the right to work.
→ SupplyFind, vet and contract apartments and houses in the places nobody else has covered — shipyard towns, rural sites, hospital catchments. Landlord and operator relationships, compliance packs, rate negotiation.
→ TechnologyLaravel, PHP, MySQL, modern JavaScript. Our own CRM, sourcing tools, the WhatsApp inbox and the platform work behind Travel Solutions. Ship weekly, own what you build.
